I've been driving my LX570 for about 4 years now and it's clocked just over 120,000 km, absolutely love this truck to bits and it's taken me on some amazing desert adventures without ever letting me down. But lately I've noticed this really subtle shudder when I'm accelerating from a standstill, especially when the transmission is shifting from first to second gear. It's not violent or anything but it's definitely there and it's got me pretty worried because I know these gearboxes are incredibly expensive to rebuild if something goes wrong. I took it to the dealership for a routine service last month and mentioned the issue to them, they said they couldn't replicate it and just told me to monitor it, which honestly didn't fill me with confidence at all.
