I'm in a bit of a weird spot and could use some real talk from anyone who's done a long distance remodel. My family owns a place in Palo Alto that we're finally ready to fix up, and both the kitchen and the main bathroom are way overdue. The tricky part is I'm living in Dubai right now and won't be back in California until the project is supposedly finished. I've started hunting for a kitchen and bathroom remodeling company in Palo Alto  that can handle both rooms in one go, mostly because juggling two separate contractors from here sounds like an absolute nightmare. But I keep second guessing myself. How do you approve tile and cabinet samples when you can't actually see them in person? What happens if the timeline slips and I've already booked flights?
